1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Mindroot Studio’s website, mobile applications, and meditation courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Definitions
“Services” refers to all content, courses, guided meditations, and tools provided by Mindroot Studio. “User” or “you” means any individual or entity accessing the Services. “Content” includes text, audio, video, graphics, and software.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to purchase courses or access premium content. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without written consent; (b) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access; or (d) harass other users or post offensive content.
5. Purchases & Refunds
All purchases are final. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee only if you have not completed more than 20% of a course. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services remain with Mindroot Studio. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use terminates this license.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mindroot Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately and all licenses are revoked.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County.
